POLICIES 

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW/RE-SCHEDULING

DEPOSITS:

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are taken at time of booking (this is 25% of the treatment cost and will come off of the treatment price).

 

RESCHEDULING:

I will only be able to reschedule an appointment once before loss of deposit re-occurs, if you require to reschedule an already re-scheduled appointment, this is will also result in loss of deposit and cancellation of appointmen.

 

If you require your appointment to be rescheduled you MUST give 48 hours notice, under this notice will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to re-book.

 

CANCELLATION:

unfortunately, regardless off time given as deposits are non-refundable, this will result in loss of deposit. the best option is to re-book in for another date if in the specified time frame!

 

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATION:

No shows, or late cancellation (on the day) will result in 100% charge of appointment fee.  Often I prep for clients, this equipment can-not be re-used, especially SPMU or Micro-needle cartridges that have been opened, ready for treatment.

 

RUNNING LATE:

Lastly, if you are over 15 minutes late, I unfortunately will have to cancel your appointment, which will result in loss of deposit, as I can’t over run into other appointment. This would not be fair on the next client. A new deposit will be required to re book
